PHOTOGRAPHY FEES:

NOTE: If photos of unheated spaces are wanted (e.g., basements, garages), their SF will be included for assigning pricing tier.

Exterior ground/drone with interior: $40+, depending on size of property.

Aerial or ground photos only: $95+, depending on size of property.

Floor Plans: Start at $30 for basic plan.

Virtual Staging: 1st image, $40, then $35 each image.

Special Editing: (e.g., removing objects, etc.) $50/hr.

Standard Terms: Payment is due and payable upon delivery of images by Google Drive.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Paypal: Invoice sent from Paypal. Credit card can be used even if no Paypal acct.

Business or Personal check: Arrange in advance. Invoice sent by Paypal.

STANDARD SERVICE AREA: 35 mile radius from downtown Hickory, as measured on Google map. Includes most or all of Statesville, Morganton, Newton, Conover, Lincolnton, Taylorsville and Lenoir. For distances greater than 35 miles (one way) a $.95/mile fee is added.
