PHOTOGRAPHY FEES:

(Includes as many images as needed to properly show property. No ‘packages’ or artificial limits.)

Up to 1500SF: $139, interior shoot Up to 2000SF: $159, interior shoot Up to 2500SF: $179, interior shoot Up to 3000SF: $209, interior shoot Up to 3500SF: $249, interior shoot +3500 SF: will quote.

NOTE: If multiple photos of unheated spaces are wanted (e.g., basements, garages), 1/4 the SF will be included for assigning pricing tier.

(7% NC Sales and Use tax is required to be added to all totals)

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

*Exterior ground or drone pics WITH interior shoot. $40 for average yards.

*Aerial or ground pics ONLY: $95+, depending on property size.

*Floor Plans: $30-60, depending on SF.

*Virtual Staging: 1st image, $40, then $35 each image.

*Special Editing; $60/hr. (e.g., remove objects, fire in fireplace, image on TV, replacement skies (realistic), etc.)

Standard Terms: Payment is due and payable upon delivery of images by Google Drive.

Invoice sent from Paypal. You can pay thru Paypal by credit card even without a Paypal account. For Business or Personal checks, arrange in advance. Invoice still sent by Paypal.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

STANDARD SERVICE AREA: 30 mile radius from downtown Hickory, as measured on Google map. Includes much or all of Statesville, Morganton, Newton, Conover, Maiden, Lincolnton, Taylorsville and Lenoir. For distances greater than 30 miles (one way) an $.85/mile fee is added.

NOTE: Persons and property are protected by a $1,000,000 Commercial Liability Policy, issued by Erie Insurance.
